OUR FOUNDATION
The Pillars of Your Company
Circularity
We see the built environment as a source of reusable raw materials. When dismantling buildings, we "harvest" as many components as possible for new construction projects. This is our contribution to preventing the depletion of natural resources and managing global warming.
Safety
We remove hazardous substances to create a safe living environment. Remediation and demolition is precision work. We guarantee safe working conditions for both people and the surrounding environment.
Quality
We guarantee quality through innovation. We continuously invest in training our people and in the latest equipment. We also believe in collaboration: as an active participant within industry associations, we safeguard the highest standards in the sector.
CSR
Corporate Social Responsibility is at the core of everything we do. Through sustainable demolition and recycling methods, we minimize waste. We reduce our environmental impact and commit to a future where resources are managed responsibly.
ENVIRONMENT
Our Circular Chain Starts Before Demolition
Step 0: Rethink (R-Ladder)
The highest form of circularity is keeping the building standing. We first explore with the client whether demolition is necessary, or if renovation is an option.
Step 0.5: Inventory
Before we start, we create an inventory of all materials. This allows us to find new owners in advance and harvest materials strategically.
From Demolishing to 'Harvesting': The Chain
1. Dismantle
Selective 'harvesting' of materials from buildings.
2. Processing Hub
Award-Winning Innovation
Our hub where reclaimed materials are cleaned, sorted, and prepared for reuse.
3. Upcycle
Projects for reclaimed concrete, timber, and mineral aggregates.
4. Marketplace
Sale via partner platforms and direct industry connections.
On the Road to Zero Emissions
ZERO-EMISSION EQUIPMENT
We invest heavily in electrification. Our fleet now includes an electric 30-ton excavator and a multi-purpose electric 6x2 tractor.
CLEANER OPERATIONS
Our electric fleet, powered by our own solar park, directly reduces CO2 emissions and noise pollution. With new battery packs, we can run a full heavy workday.
World First: The Circular Mineral Factory
The Crown Jewel
After 10 years of development, our Circular Mineral Factory is a reality. This €4 million installation is a world first and a historic milestone in our company's history.
The facility screens and crushes concrete rubble and returns it to its original state: cement stone powder, concrete sand, and concrete aggregate.
"This country is truly on the map when it comes to circular building materials. Globally, this really stands out. When done right, you can reuse sand and gravel up to 100%."
— Prof. Jane Doe, Professor of Building Materials
GOVERNANCE
Governing with a Conscience
We don't just steer on financial metrics, but on societal value. We call this stewardship: the company isn't ours — it's on loan from the next generation.
This means we choose long-term value and careful governance, even when the market doesn't naturally follow.
Transparent Accountability
No secrets about waste streams. With full substance tracking, every kilogram of reclaimed material is accounted for.
Collaborative Chain Governance
We're not a subcontractor — we're a partner. Through co-creation, we share risks, agreements, and returns to structurally improve the supply chain.
Identity
Family values as foundation.
Innovation
Investing before the market asks.
Ethics
Safety over profit.
Future
Impact for the next generation.

Case Study
Historic Factory Complex Redevelopment
In collaboration with a leading real estate developer, we are redeveloping an iconic industrial complex. This is a perfect example of preserving industrial heritage.
Our goal is not to demolish, but to selectively dismantle to preserve the unique character. The value lies in the history and the unique building structures.
- Selective dismantling while preserving characteristic details.
- Original timber factory floors 'harvested' for reuse in new development.
- Collaboration with partners to give materials a new life within the project.
